    Editor-in-chief

Dmitry is a big fan of high-quality, informative texts. He is responsible for Flant's image in global communities.

He considers the Open Source phenomenon to be his professional passion and says that his biggest motivation is reaching out to people's minds and hearts with words. In addition to shaping the company's image, Dmitry is actively engaged in internal processes related to the company values, culture, and knowledge sharing.

    Vasily Marmer
    DevOps team lead

Vasily is in charge of the DevOps team. He envisages himself as a team leader who will automate processes for the first Martian colony (remotely).

Before joining Flant, he was a system administrator at a major bank. He has a wealth of experience associated with many tasks typical of an IT engineer. He believes that there are no problems that cannot be solved, just problems that are poorly stated. He also believes that no task, whether it be technical or managerial, can get off the ground without a good joke.

Vasily currently resides in Bali, Indonesia, with his wife, son, and daughter. He is a devoted bird photographer and a passionate bibliophile who thinks that you can just buy books and promise yourself that you’ll read them. He likes reading The Witcher by Andrzej Sapkowski, watching The Witcher by Netflix, and playing The Witcher on a PC. He buys a new RPG on Steam once a year and plays it for half an hour.
